The 30-day fitness challenge is about to start!
I have been missing teaching and wanted to get back into the group training groove. And, there’s no better time to kickstart a fitness program than at the start of the year with a 30-day fitness challenge. I hope you’ll join me!
DO ONE WORKOUT EVERY DAY FOR 30 DAYS
Depending on your fitness level, you can do stretch and strengthen, a beginner weight training session or a blend of the two. Choose the exercise that is right for you!
I know that I’ve been out for some time and that’s because of a small misstep that caused a fractured ankle. I suffered a fractured tibia and fibula, which required surgery followed by 12 weeks with no weight bearing on my right foot with four months of physiotherapy. Probably the worst part is that it was my driving foot!
Every leap I made towards recovery and gaining back my independence was delicious. Today, I continue to do my physiotherapy exercises and have started a weight-bearing program. Unfortunately, I had to close my lovely studio for the time being and hope to reopen this summer.
