I have been missing teaching and wanted to get back into the group training groove. And, there’s no better time to kickstart a fitness program than at the start of the year with a 30-day fitness challenge. I hope you’ll join me!
DO ONE WORKOUT EVERY DAY FOR 30 DAYS
Depending on your fitness level, you can do stretch and strengthen, a beginner weight training session or a blend of the two. Choose the exercise that is right for you!
