Initial One-Hour Consultation, maybe longer: We define your fitness goals, and together we create a workable plan. During this time, we discuss your past experiences with diets, relationship to food, exercise, food likes/dislikes, challenges you’ve come across, and much more. During this time, we take an in-depth evaluation of your health history and current diet & lifestyle.

Fitness Nutrition Meal Plan: You will receive a customized meal plan and recipes to fit your fitness nutrition goals. You will also receive meal planning strategies for the upcoming weeks. Meal planning is either calorie-focused or loosely structured (“big picture”), whichever style fits your needs.
Unlimited Email Support: Unlimited email support for 30 days! We’ll answer any of your questions related to this program and encouragement should you find yourself losing track of your goal.
Weekly Check-Ins: Weekly check-ins and progress tracking via email, making you 24/7 accountable with your coach, aka me!
Weekly Emails: Eight weekly emails full of fitness nutrition tips, recipes, health insights. Emails will also include weekly motivational insight to help you stay on track and make the positive change you envision.
